Newrez purchased our loan from our prior horrible loan company Mr Cooper. I went from one bad loan company to another, lucky me. Newrez wanted proof of our HOA condo insurance, I had to get a copy from our HOA and upload it to Newrez. Understandable so far.The Newrez letter stated that bank account info used online for Mr. Cooper payments would not transfer. My mortgage originated with Citi Mortgage, then transferred to Mr. Cooper and the rate is very low.
