Like you said the cyborg arm would basically be a balance and utility thing (with him using his other arm and shoot style for actual hero work) but once he achieves that level with blackwhip he only uses the cyborg arm for day to day activity and takes it off to basically go all Seras Victoria when he's doing hero work.
