Hi, On Sept 6, I received the same status - Case remains Pending. My case was transferred to NBC on Aug23, 2022. This is 485 application for EB1. Receipt date Apr28, 2022. Medical was submitted along with 485.Not approved yet, but should be getting close. EB-3 ROW, PD 08FEB22, filed November 2022. Biometrics done May 30, 2023. Case at NBC.
