Finally got under the car and swapped the shocks. When testing for the noise it wasn't coming from the rear suspension area but from the quarter panel. Check the rear shocks and see if they are leaking oil out of the shaft and if they are replace them. Also look at the sway bar bushings and see if they have fallen out or moved.
