Removed the blower motor and verified there was no debris or anything obstructing the fan from moving. 3. While holding the blower motor so I could visually see the fan, I plugged it back into the power connector.I have the same problem brother. Unfortunately, the earlier 10th gen models (mostly 16-17) have warm factory set idle at 630 rpm. Raising it by about 100 rpm solves the vibration issue. Of course you need a tuning device like a KTuner to easily do that.
