I am aware that there are probably fantastic threads describing the practice/daily life of a heme/onc doc, primarily from a medical standpoint (is it more inpatient/outpatient, what is practice like, etc) Also, I am interested in lifestyle of a heme/onc doc. We get to know the patients well, it is mentally stimulating, nothing is routine or monotonous. The cons are that it involves very serious illness.
