If you want to do pure-physical damage then you want 40 str and 12ish dex. However, it also infuses pretty well. My build is pure dex, I have only 16 in str in order to use the Chaos Blade and the normal Estoc is mainly a quality weapon. Also if requires less weight. Balder Sword does more upfront damage/scales better, has great moveset and great reach for said moveset.
