There is no recall and after I researched, it has happened to every type of Cadillac from 2012- 2018. Cadillac Corporate told me they know the part is flawed but they need complaints documented to make a recall. Its over a $1000 for cue screen and $400 for labor, on a flawed part they are aware of. The cuescreens site will also recommend a professional installer near your geographical location. Purchase and installation was $300.00. All OK since then.😀.
