My cooling/heating system has 2 zones each controlled by a Robertshaw 9600 thermostat. The controller is an Aprilaire 6202. Each zone works as expected individually, however, when both thermostats call for cooling/heat at the same time, both dampers remain closed (or will flip to a closed position).
