I don't get it. I'm in the divisional round of the playoffs in Madden 24 Franchise. My WR1, WR2, TE1 are all not playing. They are not injured and are listed in the game but each play I call their not there? It will put players with lower overall ratings for the positions and often times it takes my d line and my line backers out of position. I usually put my 3rd best man coverage db in at slot cb.for the first 10 weeks of the season. You can keep full pads on and starters on as well. This will give your starters more XP during practice helping them advance. After week 10. Change it to half pads and split time or even back ups. This will do the same thing for you back ups but it will also let your starters rest.And in the case of the game shifting around my depth chart, none of the guys moved were "Bridge Players." But basically "Bridge Player/QB" and "Day 1 Starter" are just tags to force the game to actively try to draft replacements or start highly drafted players on CPU teams, rather than just sort out a better overall logic.You can play around with it as long as you don't beat them to death with high intensity practice cause then you will not have your starters on the field in the playoffs. It's not as broken as everyone says it is. There are very annoying bugs in Madden 24, but this is just users being uninformed or dumbasses. Take your pick. Auto subs work by sub-out being the level they'll be taken out, with sub-in being the level they get put back in, but i don't believe this works on percentile so players with low stamina can get shafted here.
