I have 37s with 3.73 gearing as well and that's pretty much the exact mileage I see. I hand calculate each tank and it's usually right around 13.9 everytime. Twice I've seen 15.3 but that was all highway zero stop and go traffic.37s, no lift, no level, no trim, no rub! Full lock is 40 degrees turning angle and these rub at about 38, on the sway bar. Functionally, more tire and less rim is better in terms of performance. Its not like a 20 is a small rim! Especially for the cost. I know this isnt hardcore or even tech related but i figured inquiring minds may want this info. 37x12.50R20 Federal MT's on stock 20" wheels. 2011 f250 crew cab short bed 4x4. Clears the fenders and bumper by 1" all the way around. Tires touch the radius arms just before full lock.F350 DRW 35's vs 37's. Not a 350 but here's my 450 on 37's with 2.5" PMF lift with King Coilover conversion. I love the 37's and have had them on my last 4 trucks. In perfect driving conditions I can get 15-16 mpg but most of the time its 12-13 and 8-10 when pulling my 5th wheel toy hauler. Great looking truck!

They do rub on full turn on the leafsprings but that's because the are 14" wide. I beleive if I had 12 or 12.5 wide they wouldn't rub on the leafsprings. The only way I see you could run 37"s with 4" of lift is as stated, by trimming your fender wells.
