The KT series serial number was somewhere in 1990-1991 but was short lived. The PY series serial number started in 1992 and ended in 1993. The PN series serial number started in late 1993 and ended in 1997. The first Python Elite was serial number PN13865 and the last regular production Python Elite was serial PE07104.Colt Model 6550CC AR-15A2 Government Model (“Factory Camouflage Finish”) Production of these rifles ended in 1990 and thus the entire production run is pre-ban.
